Kristen Yates-Matthews

Executive Officer

As Executive Officer Kristen works with the PCP partners to develop strategic priorities, stakeholder relationships and new service models to improve the health and wellbeing of the community. Kristen has been with the SCPCP since 2018 with vast experience in Local Government and Community Health. Kristen enjoys the challenge of working in an ever-evolving health system and the opportunities this brings to co-designing system improvements to support better health and wellbeing for all.

Deb Le Cerf

Administration & Project Support Officer

Deb is the PCP’s Administration and Project Support Officer.  She makes sure the office runs smoothly by looking after our operational systems including our communication platforms. Deb is responsible for the PCP News, co-facilitation of the South Coast Service Providers Network and ensures our working groups and partnership meetings run smoothly and efficiently.  Deb works Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Rebecca Scott

Prevention Manager

Rebecca works across the South Coast with a diverse range of partners to align prevention priorities and activities to ensure a whole of systems approach. She has experience in working in State and Local government and non-for-profit organisations and chairs the South Coast Partnership to Prevent Men’s Violence Against Women. She is passionate about working with her community to improve their health and wellbeing.

Beth Allan

Health Promotion Officer - Healthy Eating lead

Beth is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and has volunteered with the Healthy Eating Advisory Service at Nutrition Australia. She is passionate about setting children up with healthy habits for life. Beth is working with early childhood services to improve health behaviours across health priority areas of the Achievement Program. She is also working with sporting clubs and local health services to improve the availability and promotion of healthy food and drink options.

Janelle Smyth

Health Promotion Officer - Physical Activity and Movement lead

Janelle is a parent to 4 children and is heavily involved in our community through a variety of sporting clubs, such as Little Athletics, local football/netball clubs, swimming squad and soccer clubs. She has a strong passion in maintaining and increasing participation in sport and active recreation of all age groups. Janelle has worked with local schools to support their sports programs.

Rachel Sands

Health Promotion Officer - Prevention of Family Violence lead

Rachel has a passion for working in the prevention of family violence. Her work aims to prevent violence before it occurs, moving us all toward a gender equitable and non-violent community where everyone is valued, respected and safe. Rachel has worked with many local schools to support their implementation of Respectful Relationships. She is also studying to be a Yoga teacher and learns the violin.

Sarah Green

Health Promotion Officer – Sexual Health and Wellbeing lead

Sarah grew up in the South Coast region and now raises her family here, enjoying the incredible lifestyle and opportunities it provides. Sarah has worked in the health promotion space in Victoria and Western Australia for over a decade on a number of diverse projects. Ensuring the community has a voice in the decisions that affect them and the area they live is important to her.
